What we just witnessed made me scream in fear. It happened tonight, on our way back home after dinner, following a car on the road. Suddenly, the car seemed to slow down abruptly without any warning. A shadow was thrown out of the vehicle, and as the streetlights illuminated, I realized it was a cat, a poor little cat. They had attempted to throw the cat out of the car, leaving me in disbelief of what was unfolding.
Oh my goodness, I almost screamed in horror, and everyone in the car was shocked. Then, without stopping, the car sped off into the darkness. Fortunately, the cat wasn’t hit by the car, but it stood frozen in fear. Immediately, I got out of the car and stopped the vehicles behind us to ensure the cat’s safety.
The poor cat had just been cruelly abandoned. It didn’t even comprehend what had just happened, standing still with a bewildered and frightened expression. I was truly outraged by the inhumane actions of those individuals. It was a close call; the cat could have been killed under their wheels.
We made the decision to adopt and care for it. A precious little white angel, deserving of kind treatment. We took her to the veterinarian for an examination, luckily finding no injuries other than a slight swelling in her leg. She was also given a bath and had her ears cleaned.
After drying her off, we brought her back to the rescue center. It was a heart-pounding experience, as we narrowly avoided the cat’s untimely demise under the wheels of those heartless individuals.
I promise that from now on, Lucky Animals Rescue Team will be her new loving and caring family. Sleep tight, little angel, and forget the nightmares of the life you’ve endured.
